WONYO promises 3-5 days of free training in the factory for any customer who needs it.                                                
We will provide videos or instructions to you if you are not in your factory.                                                
We have live video support for guiding you on how to use the machine if you need it.    

The quality guarantee term is for 2 years.              Malfunctions which are caused by the machine itself and quality will be responsible for our manufacturer, not including consumable parts such as needles, cores, bobbin cases, rotary hooks, etc.
Other malfunctions which are caused by operation mistakes, man-made problems, etc., will be responsible for clients-self.

We will recommend the consumable parts for the embroidery machine if needed. Clients can easily find Consumable parts in their local market. Such as needle, bobbin case, core, hook, threads, bottom threads, Reciprocator, press foot, etc.

Add oil like the marks on the machine showed, clean the dust and thread on the needle plate.                                                
It is easy to get support for embroidery machine maintenance skills from my factory; videos & pictures are supported.    

Our engineers are available to service your address, but the travel fee should be on your side. For more details, please just contact me.    

If your machine is sent via sea, we suggest opening the box and letting the dry wind go through the machine for 3-5 days after receiving it.                                                
Add enough oil before you power on the machine.
